Ordering Information/Terms & Conditions

License/Purchase:

Training products offered by International Tele-Film are not sold outright, but are licensed for the life of the DVD, or in the case of streaming, for the duration of the streaming license. License/purchase conveys no ownership of the program, but entitles you to unlimited, internal use solely for the purpose of training employees within your organization.

Streaming License:

Programs licensed for streaming use are subject to license fees dependant upon the product source. Generally license fees are based on the number of users and the term of the license. License terms must be adhered to as negotiated, and licensee must cease use of the streamed program upon expiration of the license agreement term. License agreements may be extended or renewed subject to renegotiation.

Previews:

Preview Materials are for evaluation purposes only and may not be used for training or any other use or purpose. Free previews are available online on our website or DVD versions can be shipped to you via courier for free 10 day evaluation. Preview DVDs must be returned prepaid by traceable courier. Late returns may be subject to a penalty of $50 per DVD.

Rentals:

DVD rentals are for 5 business days. Streamed rentals are for 3-5 business days. Rental fees (exclusive of taxes, shipping and handling) may be applied toward the purchase of the same title within 30 days. Rental Materials must be returned prepaid by traceable courier. Late returns will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the rental fee for each day after scheduled return date. Cancellations received after shipment has been sent will be billed in full and the materials must be returned immediately upon receipt.

Shipping Charges:

All orders are shipped via the most efficient and cost effective method, prepaid and charged, unless other arrangements are made. Previews are shipped free of charge via Express Post. Rush shipments can be accommodated on all orders and the additional charges for this service will be added to your invoice.

Returns:

License/purchase materials are non-returnable. You are responsible for inspecting the order when it arrives. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect materials, please contact us immediately. All returns must be approved, and if approved returned via traceable courier.

Pricing:

All published prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees will be added to each invoice.

Payment :

Terms of payment are strictly net thirty (30) days, after which interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on all outstanding balances.

Copyright:

All products are protected by the Canadian Copyright Act and international copyright laws. No materials may be reproduced, duplicated, transmitted, or re-transmitted in whole or in part, in any form or by any means whatsoever without prior written consent from International Tele-Film.

Restrictions:

No materials may be rented, previewed, loaned or resold outside the purchaser's/licensee's organization. License/purchase, rental and preview conveys the right for use of the programs as licensed from International Tele-Film. Broadcast, telecast, closed circuit or satellite transmittal is prohibited. Programs may not be exported from or sent outside of Canada without the prior written consent of International Tele-Film.
